About Us

Double Lutz Adaptive Farm is a diversified market garden located at the Flores del Sol Natural Area in Fort Collins, Colorado, as part of the Northern Colorado Foodshed Project's Farm Business Accelerator Program and Poudre Valley Community Farms. We specialize in open-pollinated and heirloom varieties, grown using ecologically-minded, conservation agriculture practices.

Where to buy our produce?

Lisa & Tristan

Lisa became passionate about source-transparent, adaptive seeds while apprenticing with Common Wealth Seed Growers. She is a writer and designer for garden seed companies in Colorado, Virginia, and Georgia. Her favorite vegetable to grow and eat is the Lutz Green Leaf beet.

Tristan has been interested in conservation agriculture since he was a kid on a ranch in eastern Oregon. He has a PhD in Environmental Science from UC Berkeley. He's most excited to grow collards this year.
